Have you rented a cottage unit with us before?*
1. I am member in good standing with the NHVA a. I have confirmed that my DD-214 is on file with the NHVA. b. I have confirmed I have signed application on file with the NHVA. 2. Speed limit is 5 MPH on all NHVA property. 3. Check out time 10:00 AM. Check in time 2:00 PM. 4. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. 5. All vehicles must be on renters' site, no parking on roadways. 6. No subletting. 7. I will be responsible for the conduct and actions of all my guests and the condition of the cottage. 8. I will submit a non-refundable deposit of $150 by March 15th to hold my cottage. 9. I will submit payment in full by no later than May 30th or I will lose my reservation and deposit 10. If my reservation is made after May 30th, any payments made at check-in will be in cash or money order. 11. I will provide notice of cancellation prior to May 30th.and understand that after this date, my cancellation will result in full forfeiture of my deposit. 12. My cancelled check will serve as receipt of payment. 13. Any payments made at check-in time will be via cash or money order. Personal Checks will not be accepted at check-in. 14. No reservations will be accepted before Jan 1 for the upcoming year. Any reservations forms that are sent early will be returned. 15. No Fireworks on NHVA property. 16. Trash to be taken to dumpsters down by the workshop. 17. Children must be supervised. No bike riding after dark. 18. Dogs must be on a leash when outside and under control at all times and the owner must clean up after them. Nuisance calls on any animal AM or PM will be considered an infraction of the campground rules. 19. Respect other renters. 20. Renters will be given ONE warning when rules are violated. A second infraction will lead to expulsion from the property with no refund. 21. All checks made payable to NHVA, any returned check will incur a $50 surcharge. Payments made in Cash will receive a receipt. 22. The Quartermaster shall, under the direction of the Board of Directors, make such further rules as shall be deemed expedient for proper management. 23. All vehicles associated with cottages will be parked in their designated spot. By signing below, you agree to all the terms in this rental agreement and understand that violation of any of these provisions, or any of the property rules and regulations, may result in cancellation of your rental and forfeiture of your rental agreement
